Job summary

AMAX, a leader in GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, seeks a manufacturing engineer to optimize processes and layouts in a fast-paced environment. You will drive cost efficiency, implement automation, and ensure timely milestone achievement across production lines.

Ideal candidates have engineering degrees, experience in electronics manufacturing, and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency.
• Analyze operations and manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement equipment/tools/fixtures/automations to aid the manufacturing process.
• Design and improve production layout.
• Estimate and improve standard manufacturing processing time for production planning and cost estimation.
• Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Job description

• Analyze operations and manufacturing processes and drive for continueus improvement.
• Evaluate and implement equipment/tools/fixtures/automations to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Design and improve production layout.

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced dynamic environment; communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• An ability to think logically and critically that helps to weigh various available options and take the best decision in favor of efficient production.
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customers and our company succeed.
• Server and/or Rack products experience preferred.
