• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• Eligible for OCONUS travel

• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical progress and issues into clear, concise reports for customers and senior leadership.
• Lead development of strategic resource integration plans, capturing and validating the resource requirements needed to achieve long-term program objectives.
• Conduct detailed analyses of internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts, and provide actionable recommendations to government program managers.
• Facilitate preparation for senior management reviews, including developing briefing materials, coaching presenters, and tracking pre-brief action items

Position Overview QinetiQ is seeking a senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You will provide comprehensive program management oversight and strategic support to NGA program offices, conducting in-depth analysis of cross-program activities, managing and mitigating risk, and translating technical progress into clear communication for stakeholders and senior leaders. This is an on-site position at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional or DAWIA Level II/III certification in Program Management
• Demonstrated expertise with advanced functions of project management tools and techniques
• Direct experience with the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) mission or NGA

NGA Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $143,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
