Job summary

Google is seeking a Share Business Operations Principal, Core to help product and business strategy teams scale across the company. The Business Operations and Strategy team at Google plays a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements across the company. The team, also known as \"BizOps\", operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues.
Google's leadership team hand-picks business challenges, and members of Business Operations (BizOps) work in small teams to find solutions. These include defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like transforming Google into the world’s first AI-native enterprise, shaping the development of AI technologies and products, and developing go-to-market or monetization strategies as Customer Zero of these products. BizOps is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities like AI Transformation, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $176000 - $256000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
