Who you are:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with a proven record of operational excellence.
- You excel in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align strategies.
- You are a strategic thinker who understands how processes, tools, and data interconnect within the revenue engine and can anticipate impacts of changes.
- You are action-oriented, results-driven, and capable of translating ideas into impactful initiatives.
- You use data to inform decisions and seek ways to optimize processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
- You identify inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- You ensure accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and process execution, helping the team operate with precision.
What you'll do:
- Identify and address inefficiencies across revenue operations, implementing solutions to improve workflows and team productivity.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for best practices and consistency.
- Train and enable sales and revenue teams on tools and processes, driving adoption and performance.
- Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure data integrity in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Establish controls and quality checks for accurate deal, pipeline, and revenue data.
- Analyze sales performance and operational metrics to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage and optimize revenue tools (CRM, Salesloft, enablement platforms), ensuring integration and user adoption.
- Stay current on platform capabilities, create internal documentation, and lead enablement efforts.
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to improve forecasting, conversion rates, and productivity.
