Job summary

Runlayer is seeking an operations-focused professional to own cross‑functional initiatives across finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, and more. You will design and automate internal processes using our agents and tools, driving efficiency across the company.

You’ll identify and fix growing pains, work proactively behind the scenes, and support leadership with board prep and reporting. A startup mindset with ownership is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in an operating role at a high-growth startup.
• You use AI for everything.
• Organized and precise.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, thinks from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Own projects across the company: finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and priority initiatives.
• Build internal processes where none exist, then automate them using agents and tools on the platform.
• Identify growing pains and problems before they occur; proactively fix them.
• Support board meeting prep and company reporting for Max, Head of Operations.

About Runlayer

What you'll do

• Own projects across the company: finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and whatever is highest priority that month
• Build internal processes where none exist, then automate them. We build agents & tools for our own ops on the same platform we sell
• Find growing pains & problems before they occur. Proactively work behind the scenes to fix them.
• Support board meeting prep and company reporting for Max, Head of Operations
