Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements, and monitors business plans, budgets, and operational strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Assists with formulation and tracking of budgets including managing purchases of equipment, maintaining records, preparing reports and receiving and distributing equipment.
  • Establishes and maintains comprehensive and current record of executed agreements.
  • Supports special projects and committees.
  • Liaises with internal and external constituencies regarding projects, equipment and contracts.
  • Researches, develops, and implements plans to maximize utilization of organization resources.
  • Maintain relation with partners and ensure deliverables are tracked and met to specification.
  • Reviews and develops policies and procedures impacting assigned area.
  • May assist with the delegation of tasks to administrative support personnel.
