A Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating and overseeing financial activities of Michels Preconstruction, Inc., while simultaneously assisting the Management team. This position must lead initiatives, drive changes and support on-going improvement across the divisions. It is essential for the individual to enhance customer service initiatives and provide leadership and structure while maintaining a high level of organization, professionalism and confidentiality. Critical for success are the abilities to shift activities among multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
