Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Manager to liaise across internal departments, evaluate new opportunities, initiate projects, and support Business Development in pre-sales client interfaces. The role involves working with site leadership, BD and other functions to define scope, budgets and milestones.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in chemistry or related field, pharma proposals experience, and a business degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry or related field required.
• Experience with proposals within the pharma industry.
• Advanced degree in Business desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define proposal scope and budget by identifying client needs and studying RFPs with SMEs.
• Establish deadlines for information gathering, writing, review and approval.
• Forecast sales statistics and data for pricing and proposals.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communications to define project scope, budget and timelines.
• Maintain proposal templates and ensure readability, consistency and quality.
• Build relationships with Business Development and customers during the RFP cycle.
• Organize legal files and maintain the Business Development Master Index.
