PAIR is seeking a proactive Business Operations Manager for the US team in New York. You will ensure smooth daily operations, onboarding, office facilities, vendor management and coordination with finance and legal teams.
This role sits at the center of the US operation, enabling the market to scale rapidly. You will own event delivery, vendor relations, budgeting and IT coordination, while maintaining high trust and pragmatic, fast-moving workflows.

About the role
The Business Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our growing US team. You will make sure people have what they need to do their best work, the New York office runs well, local suppliers deliver, and important commercial, people and marketing activity is supported reliably.
The role is a generalist business operations role spanning operations, people and commercial functions. You will manage repeatable processes as the team grows, while staying close to the practical work. You will work daily with the Interim US Lead and coordinate and route specialist customer success, legal, security, tax and accounting work to the relevant functional owners.

About you
We are looking for a high ownership, practical, highly organized operator who takes pride in making a team run well. You notice what is missing, take ownership and follow through. You can move between planned work and urgent requests without losing detail, and you communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Compensation and benefits: We benchmark US roles against New York tech market data and pay competitively for the right candidate. Indicative working range for this profile is $112k-$138k + stock options and benefits.
