Help Build the Next Chapter of Airia Comprehensive Dermatology. At Airia Comprehensive Dermatology, we're building more than an exceptional dermatology practice. We're creating a brand known for clinical excellence, an extraordinary patient experience, and meaningful impact beyond our walls.
Founded on the belief that personalized care and innovation go hand in hand, Airia is a boutique dermatology practice serving patients throughout the Chicago area. Alongside the practice, our physician-founder is expanding a growing professional platform that includes national speaking engagements, consulting, industry partnerships, community initiatives, and philanthropic work.
We're looking for an exceptional Business Operations Manager to become the operational engine behind that growth.
This is not a traditional office manager or executive assistant role. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, driving accountability, and helping an entrepreneur transform vision into execution.
For the right person, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff or senior operations leadership position as the organization continues to expand.
As our Business Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice while serving as the physician-owner's trusted operational partner across multiple business initiatives.
You'll ensure the practice operates with excellence while helping execute strategic projects that support the continued growth of both the medical practice and the physician's professional platform.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve operational challenges as they are thinking strategically about how to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support long-term growth.
No two days will look exactly alike, and that's exactly how you like it.
Within your first 12 months:
You're someone who naturally takes ownership.
You don't wait to be told what needs attention because you've already noticed it.
You thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly, enjoy solving problems that don't have obvious answers, and genuinely love helping people succeed.
You communicate with professionalism, warmth, and confidence while maintaining an exceptional level of discretion.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful.
We're looking for someone with strong operational instincts, excellent judgment, and a proactive mindset.
Experience may include:
You should also bring:
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We're equally interested in exceptional operators from other service-oriented industries who are excited to learn.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and demonstrated success are equally valued.
At Airia, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact inside a growing organization where your ideas, initiative, and leadership will directly influence the future of the business.
You'll work alongside a collaborative physician-founder who values trust, innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence. As the organization continues to grow, so will your opportunity to expand your leadership, ownership, and influence.
