Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field with 12 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Project management experience and strategic planning expertise.
  • Experience developing and implementing business plans.
  • Knowledge of financial operations, banking regulations, and capital markets.
  • Resource management experience.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with financial industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field and 12 years of experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree

  • Knowledge of financial operations, banking regulations, and capital investment markets
  • Resource management experience
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with financial industry leaders

Compensation
  • Basic Compensation: $94,200 to $237,300 This range is for the Virginia area only
  • Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
