Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Operations Lead as the primary liaison between our department and production facilities. This role is critical in leading operational excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives in project management, data technologies and analytics, process improvements, Lean and Six Sigma, and change management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge the department's needs with manufacturing execution, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze KPI data related to on-time delivery, product cost, RTYL, inventory turns to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Produce reports and dashboards to communicate KPI performance and track progress.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to address KPI challenges holistically. Facilitate meetings and workshops to align strategies and share best practices.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement process improvements, standardize workflows, and utilize automation technologies.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Accountability: Establish KPI targets, monitor performance, and hold process owners accountable through reviews and feedback.
  5. Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to improve supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Use visibility tools and forecasting models to improve inventory planning.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback, Kaizen events, and lesson learned systems.
  7. Risk Management: Address risks affecting KPI performance, develop contingency plans, and facilitate stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 8+ years of relevant manufacturing or supply chain experience.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or Operations Management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Experience in program development and rollout.
  • Knowledge of P&L and inventory management.
  • Strong storytelling and influencing skills.
  • LSS or APICS certification preferred.
  • Experience with big data and complex analysis.
