The Operations Summer Internship offers rising juniors and seniors a meaningful experience in a professional business environment. You will contribute to work that supports business goals and operational effectiveness while building practical skills in communication, analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving.
You will join a collaborative Operations team and work with experienced professionals, business partners, and fellow interns. Your specific assignment may vary based on business needs, giving you exposure to how teams work together to serve our advisors and clients, improve processes, and deliver results.
Support business projects and operational initiatives that contribute to team and company goals.
Conduct research, analyze information, and help develop practical recommendations.
Create presentations, reports, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
Collaborate with team members and business partners, participate in meetings, and contribute ideas and solutions.
Take ownership of assigned priorities, seek feedback, and communicate progress throughout the internship.
Present capstone presentation to share project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the end of the internship.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of 2028 or 2029.
Currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment sponsorship.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in academic, work, or extracurricular settings.
Leadership experience through academics, student organizations, community involvement, volunteer service, athletics, military service, or employment.
Experience conducting research, analyzing information, solving problems, or presenting recommendations.
Interest in business operations, project management, analytics, customer experience, or process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, collaborate with others, and complete assignments on time.
