Job summary

tms is a blended technology and marketing firm offering internships across business units. Our Biz Ops Intern will engage with monthly reporting, ERP updates, and internal project support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build real-world experience.

As part of the Summer Internship Program, you'll participate in Capstone project, panels, and networking with mentors. The program runs June 2, 2027 through August 5, 2027, and pays $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate.
• GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and one-off reporting across departments, teams, and lines of business.
• Provide daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in ERP system.
• Provide project management support on internal based creative projects (kick-off meetings, reviews).
• Assist resource managers with administrative tasks.
• Involvement with ad hoc projects to build foundations for careers in marketing/advertising.

LIFE OF A TMS SUMMER INTERN

Here at tms, we care about our people, and we want to help foster their skills into the best they can be. The tms Summer Internship Program aims to do just that. Business Operations Intern

Our Biz Ops Intern will assist with monthly and one‑off reporting requests across departments, teams, and lines of business; daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in our ERP system; providing project management support on internal based creative projects (setting up kick‑off meetings, reviews, etc.); assisting resource managers with administrative tasks; and involvement with ad hoc projects as they become available. In this role you will gain an understanding of the basic operational set up and processes of a creative based business creating a strong foundation for potential careers in a variety of departments in the marketing/advertising industries.
