Meta’s Infrastructure organization seeks a Staff-level Business Operations professional to partner with senior leaders across Network, Infrastructure Security, and Capacity Ecosystems. You will drive strategic initiatives, plan objectives and results with leadership, and deliver process improvements that scale with the business.
You will develop executive communications, support headcount planning, and apply quantitative methods to guide infrastructure investments and capacity decisions.
Meta's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the foundational systems that power our global products and services. Within Infrastructure, the Network, Infrastructure Security, and Supply Planning and Capacity Ecosystems organizations are critical to ensuring our global infrastructure is connected, secure, and that capacity is delivered and efficiently managed. As a Staff-level Business Operations professional supporting these organizations, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping them grow, scale, and run the business effectively. You will drive strategic initiatives spanning business planning, objectives and key results frameworks, operational reviews, and process improvements that enable our infrastructure teams to execute and innovate at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience operating in complex, technical environments, communicating effectively across all levels of an organization, and translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable plans.
