Sentara Healthcare Inc is seeking a Full-Time Business Operations Coordinator based in Norfolk, VA. You will work with department leadership to educate division leaders and staff on policies, procedures, and programs, and help monitor initiatives central to the department’s mission.

In this role you will design and prepare moderate to complex reports and create presentations using Microsoft Office and related systems to support operations and special projects.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related work experience required.

As a Business Operations Coordinator you will work alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies, procedures, initiatives and programs related to the department's function and areas of responsibility. Participates in planning and implementation of department initiated programs, including support for ongoing monitoring. Designs and prepares moderate to complex reports and creates presentations in support of department operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications, report writers, databases, or proprietary and/or commercial information systems.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $58,448.00 - $92,310.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
