Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain advanced reports and presentations within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Design, prepare, analyze, and distribute reports and presentations for internal teams and customers.
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems and present plans to increase efficiency or cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a meeting facilitator including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Anticipate needs and make administrative decisions on behalf of operations leadership.
  • Generate and upload lead information for sales into the CRM.
  • Support team member engagement programs and events.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Prepare and maintain advanced reports and presentations within Microsoft office suite of software. Must have a high degree of proficiency within Microsoft suite of software to include Excel and PowerPoint.
  2. Strong working knowledge of the business and the ability to prepare and analyze reports, develop, and maintain databases, spreadsheets and other software or programs as required.
  3. Design, prepare, analyze, and distribute reports and presentations for both internal team members and customers.
  4. Evaluate current business processes and systems the present plans to increase efficiency or cost-effectiveness.
  5. Act as a meeting facilitator to include scheduling, preparing agenda items, taking minutes, drafting action items and publishing documents as required.
  6. Anticipate needs, make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the operations leadership team based on understanding of business priorities.
  7. Generate and upload lead supplies for sales team into the CRM.
  8. Support and assist with Team Member engagement programs and events.
  9. Participates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  4. Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Desire to take on big challenges and can see the big picture as well as the details.
  7. Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
  8. Strong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills.
  9. Consistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitude.
  10. Collaborate on planning and support of events.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job operates in a physical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, arms, and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
