You're comfortable talking with customers, coworkers and leaders.Driven. Once you've mastered something, you want the next challenge. We don't expect you to know everything walking in.We do expect you to learn quickly, ask good questions, take feedback and progressively require less direction. Why This Role Is DifferentMost entry-level positions teach you one small piece of a company. This one gives you a front-row seat to the whole thing. You'll gain exposure to operations, leadership, HR, recruiting, customer service, financial decision-making, process improvement and the realities of running a growing business. You'll also work with leaders who are willing to give capable people real responsibility. If you prove you can handle something, we'll give you something harder. There is no predetermined career path attached to this role. That's intentional.Your future opportunities will depend heavily on your strengths, interests and what you prove you can do.What We're Looking ForCollege students, recent graduates, career starters and people looking to break into business operations are encouraged to apply.Business, operations, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, supply chain or related education is helpful—but not required. What matters more:Strong communication skillsGood judgmentOrganization and follow-throughComfort with technologyAbility to learn new systems quicklyInitiativeAccountabilityA willingness to take ownershipThe DetailsPay: $20–$25/hour based on education and experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with possible rotating SaturdaysPrimary location: Carrollton, TXAdditional exposure: Denton, Arlington, Colleyville and Forney locationsEmployment options: Part-time, full-time or internshipOne More ThingWe're not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We're looking for someone who wants an opportunity to prove what they're capable of.If you're hungry to learn, want meaningful responsibility early in your career, and like the idea of being thrown into real business problems instead of hypothetical classroom exercises, we'd like to meet you.Think you could be good at this?
