About the Role

Position
The Specialist for the Business Operations & Strategic Delivery (BOSD) team will be part of the Client Platform COO Group. The COO team plays a critical role in executing the Client Platform strategy, supporting leaders across the platform to enhance operational efficiency, drive scale, and ensure smooth critical operations. The BOSD team will focus on processes essential to our business, including platform operations, sales planning, and strategic client relationships, and will lead cross-platform initiatives to create efficiencies and support growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategy setting: Develop and implement strategic client service delivery strategies in partnership with the Client Service Director.
  2. Client education and training: Design and execute foundational client training and research sharing programs, aligning with client objectives and commercial priorities.
  3. Scale and govern centralized resources: Guide global business development on training programs, curate resource libraries, leverage technology for tracking systems, and oversee the Global Macro Portal.
  4. SRAC oversight and governance: Define SRAC discussion strategies, serve as Secretary, establish KPIs, and coordinate stakeholder reviews on major deals.
  5. Host select global clients, prospects, and consultants during visits to our offices.
  6. Partner with the Client Service Director on stakeholder management and regional engagement.
  7. Lead cross-platform strategic projects critical to business evolution, collaborating with key partners.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in asset management, with direct experience in sales advantageous.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects across geographies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supporting infrastructure and global mindset, with flexibility for occasional global collaboration.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and innovative thinking to showcase our advantages.
  • Ability to drive projects independently within a matrixed, collaborative environment.
  • Effective partnership skills across all organizational levels, with influence and decisiveness.
  • Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and impact-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot) and Tableau.
