SummaryCHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity within our Lubricants group for a Lubricants Operations Analyst to lead operational aspects for and optimize CHS systems. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with excellent communication, analytical, project management, and change management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing internal customers, building relationships, and driving change initiatives.
This role is a hybrid position working 3 days per week in our Inver Grove Heights, MN corporate headquarters. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
ResponsibilitiesManage the Total Protection Plan administration and execution
Manage the execution of marketing programs/systems
Support business operations for reporting and system administration
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
