Base pay range

$59,600.00/yr - $95,300.00/yr

Summary

CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity within our Lubricants group for a Lubricants Operations Analyst to lead operational aspects and optimize CHS systems. We seek a customer-focused individual with excellent communication, analytical, project management, and change management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing internal customers, building relationships, and driving change initiatives.

This role is a hybrid position working 3 days per week at our Inver Grove Heights, MN headquarters. Relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Total Protection Plan (TPP) administration and execution, including automation flows, data auditing, and documentation review.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Services on sign-ups and warranty compliance.
• Provide reports on TPP warranty statuses to stakeholders.
• Facilitate warranty claims process with Technical Services.
• Manage inquiries via email and phone regarding warranty statuses.
• Develop reports on marketing programs and support system operations (JD Edwards, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS PowerApps, MS SharePoint).
• Work within JD Edwards for order processing, pricing, and data management.
• Create reports and scorecards using Power BI.
• Generate data requests for leadership and teams.
• Partner with IT on system improvements and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and promote a safety culture.
• Analyze data to support daily, monthly, fiscal, and performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in energy supply, logistics, pricing, operations, or sales
• Experience leading medium-to-large business projects
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Lubricants industry experience
