Job summary

Precision Tube & Catheter, Inc. is seeking a Cost Analyst / HR & Administration Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role combines cost analysis with HR support, payroll coordination, purchasing assistance, and general operations for a growing medical device manufacturing startup.

You will work closely with the General Manager, Finance, Corporate HR, Production, and Quality to drive cost control, employee support, and compliance. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Associate degree with relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis & Financial Support including tracking operating expenses and cost trends.
• Support HR processes: onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and open enrollment.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, interviews, and new hire documentation.
• Prepare presentations and management reports; assist with executive scheduling and communications.
• Maintain ISO 13485 and safety training records; support audits and compliance.
