Job summary

Argenta seeks a Business Operations Analyst, Americas CRO, at Shawnee, KS to support ERP and business systems. You will administer NetSuite, manage LMS users, handle project financials in Monday.com, and assist with regulatory reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Experience with Salesforce and LMS is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Experience with NetSuite or an ERP system is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management systems is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and data-validation skills are required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines during month-end close.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support NetSuite, serving as the day-to-day contact for users.
  • Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance.
  • Add employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided.
  • Assist with month-end activities and ensure tasks are on time.
  • Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and related records.
  • Maintain month-end close calendar and update project financials in Monday.com.
  • Assist with reporting and data validation; manage LMS users and courses.
  • Retrieve and distribute training certificates; support Salesforce contracts and regulatory reports.

Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Business Operations Analyst, Americas CRO at our Shawnee, KS location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support NetSuite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system users
  • Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance
  • Add employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided
  • Assist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related records
  • Create and maintain the month end close calendar
  • Update project financials in Monday.com following month end close
  • Assist with reporting and data validation
  • Add and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) users
  • Set up new courses within the LMS
  • Retrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnel
  • Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts within Salesforce
  • Support preparation of monthly regulatory reports provided to Regulatory Affairs team
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Experience in Animal Health preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plus
  • Strong Excel and data-validation skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end close
  • Ability to multitask and handle several requests simultaneously
