Job summary

Argenta, a global animal health company, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for the Americas CRO at the Shawnee, KS site. The role focuses on systems administration, financial month-end processes, and cross-functional data management to support regulatory and clinical operations.

The successful candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance, experience with NetSuite or ERP, and strong Excel/data validation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience in animal health is preferred but not required.
• Previous exposure to NetSuite or comparable ERP system preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management System is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data-validation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite; serve as day-to-day contact for system users.
• Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance.
• Add employees to projects and ensure training is provided.
• Assist with month-end activities and ensure timely completion.
• Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and related records.
• Maintain month-end close calendar and update project financials.
• Assist with reporting and data validation; manage LMS users.
• Set up new courses within the LMS and distribute training certificates.
• Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts in Salesforce.
• Support monthly regulatory reports for Regulatory Affairs.

Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Business Operations Analyst, Americas CRO at our Shawnee, KS location.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system users
• Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance
• Add employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided
• Assist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related records
• Create and maintain the month end close calendar
• Update project financials in Monday.com following month end close
• Assist with reporting and data validation
• Add and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) users
• Set up new courses within the LMS
• Retrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnel
• Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts within Salesforce
• Support preparation of monthly regulatory reports provided to Regulatory Affairs team

About You

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in Animal Health preferred but not required
• Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plus
• Strong Excel and data-validation skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow through
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end close
• Ability to multitask and handle several requests simultaneously
