Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Plano, TX.

You will enable planning, execution, and communication across teams and stakeholders, partnering with technology leaders, suppliers, and business partners to support resource planning and governance. The role requires an highly organized, analytical individual who can drive performance, engagement, and a positive team culture while coordinating quarterly planning and vendor

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate quarterly planning activities, including preparation, facilitation support, and follow-up actions.
• Support executive business update meetings by preparing materials to help keep stakeholders informed and provide inputs for timely decisions.
• Coordinate with technology and business partners to onboard new vendors and ensure smooth implementation and alignment.
• Manage vendor invoice reconciliation and track spend to date, ensuring accuracy and timely review.
• Work closely with the supplier management team and procurement to support vendor renewals and ensure required checks are completed.
• Meet regularly with vendors, elevate issues when needed, and support resolution of delivery or performance concerns.
• Analyze team capacity, productivity, and output to identify trends and support informed resource planning.

The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in enabling effective planning, execution, and communication across the team and to business stakeholders. This role partners closely with technology leaders, teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to support resource planning, executive reporting, quarterly planning, vendor management, and operational activities to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to bring structure to a fast-paced environment while helping drive team performance, engagement, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly planning activities, including preparation, facilitation support, and follow-up actions.
• Support executive business update meetings by preparing materials to help keep stakeholders informed and provide the inputs necessary to make timely decisions.
• Coordinate with technology and business partners to onboard new vendors and ensure smooth implementation and alignment.
• Manage vendor invoice reconciliation and track spend to date, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely review.
• Work closely with the supplier management team and procurement to support vendor renewals, ensure required checks are completed, and help drive timely execution.
• Meet regularly with vendors, help elevate issues when needed, and support resolution of delivery or performance concerns.
• Analyze team capacity, productivity, and output to identify trends, highlight constraints, and support informed resource planning.
• Contribute to employee engagement, training coordination, and initiatives that strengthen team culture.
