Position Summary The Business Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, MI. This role will provide high level business development and administrative support to various firm leaders. This role is critical to the success of our firm and focuses on enhancing sales efforts of our team. This includes digital content creation and communications, business development support, CRM management, event coordination, meeting preparation and marketing support. There is room to grow into increasing project based and analytical work as the successful candidate demonstrates capability and firm needs evolve. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders in a fast paced M&A advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
This role exists so that the supported firm leaders can focus on business development and deal execution at the highest level, without the operational infrastructure behind that effort requiring their day to day involvement. The position is intentionally proactive rather than reactive: the goal is that principals rarely have to ask for something, because it is already done, already tracked, or already flagged. The successful candidate operates with a bias toward action, presenting recommendations with clear deadlines and moving forward in their absence, escalating only where principal judgment, voice, or relationships are genuinely required.
