Job summary

St. Joseph Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a professional with a strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our business operations.

The role focuses on accounts receivable management, billing inquiries, and the daily financial close within a long-term care setting. A proven track record in a similar role will help drive accurate reporting and resident services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus.
• Strong management and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/VA/private pay billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable management including Medicaid, VA, and Private Pay billing and collections.
• Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
• Daily cash posting
• Handle family inquiries pertaining to billing
• Participate in monthly close processing (including triple check)
• Post ancillary charges monthly
• Prepare the daily census report
