Salary is determined based on skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the business office operations of the community.
  • Attract, engage, develop, and retain staff to provide high-quality care and services, while managing labor costs in conjunction with HR.
  • Support the Executive Director in driving growth and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure residents are billed correctly and receivables are collected timely.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate payments.
  • Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments, supporting an inclusive community culture.
  • Require an Associate’s degree or equivalent; three years of related experience preferred, with managerial experience a plus.

Salary Range

$22.40 - $28.00/hour
