Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the business office operations of the community.
  • Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates to provide high-quality care and personalized services, minimizing premium labor in conjunction with HR.
  • Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure residents are properly billed and lead the collection of receivables.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate payments.
  • Ensure vendor invoices are billed correctly and processed timely, supporting an inclusive community culture.
  • Require an Associate degree or equivalent; minimum of three years related experience; managerial experience preferred.

May directly supervise another department.

$24.76 - $30.95 / hour
