Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial files on all residents and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Complete daily deposits, process credit card payments, and submit to corporate biller for posting.
  • Act as a liaison between the corporate office and family members for billing questions.
  • Complete therapy verifications and rerun eligibilities for accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience required.
  • Knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid, and Medicare.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
