MediLodge of Midland seeks a Business Office Manager to oversee the facility's business office operations, including Medicaid applications, billing, and collections. The BOM will supervise staff, ensure resident trust accountability, and coordinate with the Central Billing Office to maintain accuracy and compliance.

The role requires at least one year in a SNF business office with billing experience; supervisory skills are preferred, with familiarity with PCC and RFMS systems being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with at least one year in a skilled nursing facility business office, including billing and patient trust accounting.
• Supervisory experience in a business office setting preferred.
• Experience with PCC billing and RFMS systems is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervises business office staff including Receptionist and BOM as applicable.
• Oversees Medicaid applications, billing, and collections processes.
• Ensures accuracy of resident trust accounting and patient billing.
• Coordinates with Central Billing Office and other departments as needed.
• Maintains month-end closing and responds to audit requests.
