AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our family. The BOM will organize and perform business office functions including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial tasks, and medical records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office with billing/collection and patient trust accounting experience.
• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
• PCC billing system experience preferred.

• Oversee billing, accounts and patient trust accounting to ensure accurate financial operations.

Qualifications for Business Office Manager (BOM) :

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.

• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.

• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
