Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center in Pineville, NC is seeking a Business Office Manager to supervise daily office operations and coordinate closely with residents, families, leadership, and outside agencies to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.
The role covers billing, accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance; you will maintain organized records and lead a small team, promoting excellent service and policy adherence.

As a Business Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to‑day functions of our Business Office, working closely with residents, families, facility leadership, insurance providers, and government agencies to ensure accurate and efficient business office operations.
Oversee daily Business Office operations
Work closely with residents and families regarding financial matters
Maintain accurate resident financial records and documentation
Assist with billing and accounts receivable processes
Work with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
Communicate with insurance companies and government agencies as needed
Ensure Business Office policies and procedures are consistently followed
Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments
Maintain organized and accurate records
Assist with additional Business Office responsibilities as needed
2–3 years of Business Office experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, insurance providers, and outside agencies
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and other computer applications
Ability to implement and consistently follow established policies and procedures
