Norwood Towers Post Acute is seeking an experienced Business Office Supervisor to support facility operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. The role includes obtaining authorizations, handling resident trust funds, and overseeing billing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, knowledge of skilled nursing billing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior LTC experience is preferred. Occasional stand-up meetings may be required by the Administrator.
Supports facility operations by maintaining business office systems and supervision staff.
Assist with the overall supervision and management of the business office staff.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment as well as proficient in Microsoft products computer skills.
Preferable one-year experience in a long term care facility.
Ability to read technical procedures.
Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
