This role supports payroll, HR, admissions, and resident services, while collaborating with facility leadership to drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Experience with healthcare billing, reimbursement, and business office operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
