Golden Years Homestead is looking for a Business Office Manager to join our team and play an important role in supporting our residents, families, and campus operations.
In this role, you’ll be more than a numbers person. You’ll be a trusted resource for residents and families as they navigate billing, financial responsibilities, Medicaid, insurance, and other payment-related processes. You’ll also work closely with our leadership, clinical, admissions, and accounting teams to help ensure our business operations run smoothly and accurately.

This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. The role involves a concentration of computer work, communication with residents and families, and collaboration with team members across the campus.
The position may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and the ability to perform typical office and campus activities.
