PACS is seeking a Business Office Manager to support the financial operations of a skilled nursing facility in Cottage Grove, OR. You will oversee billing, collections, resident trust accounts, and Medicaid/Medi-Cal processes while ensuring excellent service to residents, families, and staff.
The ideal candidate has medical billing and accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional, friendly approach. Proficiency with PCC and Microsoft Office is preferred.
The Business Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the facility while ensuring exceptional service to residents, families, and staff. This position oversees billing, collections, resident trust accounts, Medicaid/Medi-Cal processes, and business office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical billing and accounting skills, excellent organizational abilities, and maintain a positive, friendly, and professional approach in all interactions.
Prolonged use of computers and office equipment.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Frequent communication through speaking and hearing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or balancing.
Visual abilities sufficient for close work, computer use, and reviewing detailed documents.
This position is performed in an office environment within a skilled nursing facility. Noise levels are typically low to moderate.
