PACS is seeking a General Office Supervisor to support facility operations by maintaining business office systems and supervising staff in a Nevada long-term care setting.
You will oversee billing, Medi-Cal/Medicaid processes, deposits, and collections, manage census reports, and coordinate with administrators to ensure compliance and smooth daily operations. Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high school diploma are required; prior experience in skilled nursing billing is preferred.
General Purpose Supports facility operations by maintaining business office systems and supervision staff.
Assist with the overall supervision and management of the business office staff.
Ability to read technical procedures. Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
