Vivera Senior Living of Columbus is seeking a Business Office Manager.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Vivera Senior Living of Columbus. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Manage community financial operations including accounts receivable and payable
  • Oversee resident billing procedures, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
  • Support HR functions such as interviews, onboarding, and orientation
  • Process payroll activities, including review and approval
  • Maintain up-to-date resident and employee records, ensuring compliance
  • Engage with residents and families with compassion, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience in Assisted/Supportive Living preferred
  • Understanding of HR functions including onboarding and payroll
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
