Parkway Assisted Living and Memory Care in Henderson, NV seeks a Business Office Concierge to serve as receptionist and support payroll, AR/AP, and onboarding. You will engage with residents and families, maintain confidentiality, and assist with billing and compliance in a team-oriented environment.
Candidates with administrative background and strong customer service will thrive in this role, working Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with full-time benefits provided by PACS.
Our Business Office Concierge will serve as our receptionist while also assisting with the business functions of our senior living community at Parkway Assisted Living and Memory Care in Henderson. A candidate with administrative experience, including onboarding new hires, payroll processing, and overseeing AR/AP, in addition to outstanding customer service skills for our main reception will be successful. In addition to these skills, an all-around team player who enjoys engaging with our residents, their families, and our community, will be given priority in our recruitment process. A candidate can expect a wage of $22.00-25.00/hour, with full-time benefits from PACS. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
Previous administrative assistant or office administration experience preferred. Experience in senior living helpful.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multi- line phone system.
