Job summary

Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage Medicaid pending applications, QMB processes, redeterminations, and patient liability coordination. You will work with DSS and responsible parties to resolve eligibility discrepancies and optimize billing workflows.

What You'll Do:

The primary purpose of this position is to process all Medicaid Pending Applications through approval, QMB applications, process and track Redetermination. This position is also responsible for booking and collecting patient liability and working with responsible parties and DSS on all patient liability and eligibility date discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
