We seek a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our community-focused team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to increase subscriptions, advertising, brand awareness, generate leads, and boost revenue, while building relationships with local businesses and organizations. You will have a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across digital platforms to attract local readers, businesses, and advertisers.
2. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities within the community.
3. Coordinate with the editorial team to promote content and events aligned with local interests.
4. Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, report on ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Support community outreach initiatives by partnering with local organizations and businesses.

Qualifications:
