Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage a large franchise restaurant kitchen.
2. Formulate instructions and give directions necessary to operate a fluid and efficient food production operation.
3. Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
4. Oversee all food production operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all food products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures.
5. Conduct management reviews of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

Salary Range: $62,000 - $68,000
