Maintains scheduling systems and reconciles worked shifts and compensation data.Operational Analytics and Business Reporting Develops and maintains operational dashboards, scorecards, productivity reports, and financial analyses. Monitors departmental key performance indicators and provides recommendations to leaders to improve operational efficiency and performance.Staff Leadership and Operational Oversight Supervises assigned business operations, scheduling, and administrative personnel. Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and workflow development while ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.Strategic Planning and Program Support Serves as an operational advisor to Hospitalist leadership.
