Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth and profitability while leading recruitment and account management efforts. You will implement the sales strategy, manage technical service offerings, and ensure high client satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts.

With a minimum of 3+ years in engineering-related fields, you will identify top engineering profiles and guide consultants in career progression within the ALTEN Group.

• Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields.

YOUR MAIN MISSION

The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Implement the sales strategy in the field
