Leadership and Practice Management including: Supervise and support department managers and administrative staff, Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures and performance standards, Serve as the primary administrative liaison to physician shareholders, Foster a collaborative, professional and patient-centered organizational culture.
Financial Management including: Direct all financial operations, prepare, review and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis, oversee all financial performance for all service lines.
Human Resources Management including: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management and employees, oversee all employee benefits, performance evaluations, handle all personnel matters including hiring, discipline, corrective action and terminations. All CHRO duties and functions.
Strategic Planning and Business Development, Technology, Compliance and Risk Management, Clinical Operations and Provider Oversight in-house and with resource partners.
As our Business Manager for an OB/GYN clinic, you will help manage the medical clinic in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards, including the administrative and technical support sections of the clinics ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This role oversees all functions, including finance, human resources, operations, technology, compliance and strategic initiatives. Every day you will coordinate clinic operations and activities and be expected to ensure proficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinics.
This is not a corporate, hands-off desk job. We are a lean, highly efficient private group. If you require a large administrative staff or corporate overhead to get things done, this will not be the right fit for you.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based within a medical practice setting, Regular interaction with physicians, managers, staff and external partners, Occasional travel between practice locations as needed.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, Ability to work at a computer and use standard office equipment, Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone and electronically, Occasional lifting or carrying of light office materials.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a related field required, Master's degree (MBA, MHA or equivalent) preferred, 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration or physician practice management, Demonstrated experience overseeing financial operations, human resources, operations and multi-department teams, Prior experience in physician-owned or multi-provider practices strongly preferred.
