Qualifikationen

• Performs administrative duties for Business Advisors, including confidential tasks.
• Serves as the primary client contact for day-to-day transactions and loan workflows.
• Obtains information for loan origination, including credit reports and appraisals.
• Creates and maintains loan files; clears exceptions with underwriting and operations.
• Coordinates loan closings with title companies or clients.
• Cross-sells bank products and services to business owners and families.
• Spreads and analyzes financial statements to assess repayment capacity.
• Prepares loan reports summarizing borrower, recommendations, collateral, and trends.
• Maintains covenant tracking and communicates financial data to advisors.
