Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of business litigation and probate matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and court filings.
• Manage case files and maintain organized electronic records.
• Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and hearing materials.
• Assist with document review and production.
• Communicate professionally with clients and court staff.
• Meet a billable hour requirement of 1,500 hours per year.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality in handling sensitive client matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation and/or probate matters.
• Strong understanding of Georgia civil procedure and court rules.
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and case management skills.
• Proficiency in cloud-based software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work discreetly.
• Ability to work onsite in downtown Atlanta; potential for hybrid schedule after several months of successful performance.
• Driven to meet billable hour and performance goals — with the potential for a significant bonus after the first 90 days based on performance.
