We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team remotely. If you have 5 or more years of experience in aBANKRUPTCY-CREDITOR RIGHTS LAW FIRMand are looking for a full-time opportunity with a collaborative and professional team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities Perform various operational tasks in an expeditious and accurate manner, including, but not limited to:

• Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
• Perform retrieval and related processing of incoming data and/or documentation
• Perform submission and related processing of outgoing data and/or documentation
• Perform liaison activities between our firm/attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and/or 3rd parties

Position Requirements

• REQUIRED: 5+ year(s)BANKRUPTCY-CREDITOR RIGHTS LAW FIRMexperience
• REQUIRED:Applicant must reside in the following eligible states:AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT and VA
• Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven record of dependability and ability to work well independently and with a team

Hours:40 Hours – 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)
