Overview

Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP is seeking a mid-level Associate with approximately 2-5 years of State and Federal corporate and commercial litigation experience to join the San Diego office. This is an opportunity to work at an AmLaw 200 Firm with substantial client contact, practice development, and professional growth opportunities. Responsibilities include handling a variety of business litigation matters (including corporate and commercial, M&A, entity governance, contracts, real estate and land use, bankruptcy).

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, including discovery requests and responses

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
